Age 80 of Channahon, died suddenly Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Bonnie worked for Metalstamp Inc in Minooka, for many years, where she retired at the age of 75.

Mrs. Lelis was an avid Cubs fan who loved her family especially her great-grandchildren.  She enjoyed traveling and cooking.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Peter Lelis Sr.; parents Robert and Dorothy (Trepto) Bennett; step father James Krieg; two brothers Michael and Lawrence Krieg.   Maternal and Paternal grandparents.

Survived by one daughter Laura (Michael) Flake; two sons Gary and Peter Jr.; three grandchildren Samantha and Matthew Flake and Ryan Lelis; four great-grandchildren Genaro and Lorenzo Acosta and Wyatt and Colt Lelis.

A Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 2-5 p.m. at Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home.
