Age 41, passed away suddenly Friday February 4, 2022 at Edwards Hospital, Naperville.

Survived by his two children JR and Alyssa Churchill; fiancé Jennifer Davis and her children Arianna, Gracie, Sammie and Brian Davis; siblings David (Debbie) Churchill, William (Sharon) Churchill, Theresa (Abel) Benegas and Raymond (Nicky) Churchill.   Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by his parents George and Mary Churchill; one brother Richard Churchill.

Born in Joliet, living in Montgomery, IL.   Jeffery work at Trinity Service for 20 years, currently employed as a maintenance supervisor for Asonia Property Management.  He loved to play pool, cook, camp and listen to country music.   Jeff enjoyed working on his truck.  He was an animal lover bringing home unwanted animals.     Jeff was a loving and devoted father.

Funeral services will be held, Friday February 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home.   Interment Elmhurst Cemetery.  Visitation Thursday 3-7 p.m. and Friday morning 9:00 a.m.  until time of services
