John P. Dague

John P. Dague, age 65, of Joliet passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 16, 2023.

Loving father of two cherished sons, John (Tiffany) Dague and Greg Dague; proud and loving grandfather to Allie Dague; dear brother of Debbie (Tom) Grainger; cherished nephew of Jan (the late Ken) Jadron. caring and loving uncle of Christopher, Rebecca, Joey, and Elizabeth “Bitty” Grainger; and a dear friend to many. John will be deeply missed and his memory will forever be cherished by all who knew and loved him.

Preceded in death by his parents Dorothy (nee Jadron) & John Dague; his aunts and uncles Eleanore (Louie) Allocco, Ken Jadron, Rich (Marge) Jadron and Phil (Clayt) Shepherd.

John volunteered at Daybreak Shelter. He enjoyed music and was an avid drummer; watching Jeopardy and Western movies; and was an avid Cubs fan.

The Dague family would like to thank and acknowledge the caring staff of the Presence St Joseph ICU.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
