Judith Ann Leggero

Judith Leggero passed away peacefully on September 24th surrounded by her family at Lightways Hospice.   A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Judy was born in 1938 to Edward and Mary Hasse in Joliet.  She was married to the love of her life, Martin (Buddy)  J. Leggero for 63 years.  She is survived by her husband Martin and their three sons, David (Gloria) Leggero, Dan (Pamela) Leggero and Steven (Susan) Leggero.  She had 5 grandchildren including Alyssa, Joshua, Kayla, Justin and Gianna Leggero.  She is also survived by her sister, Margie Daniels and her brother, Eddie Hasse.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mary Hasse, and her sister, Karen Beatz.
Judy graduated from Providence High School.  She worked at Aurelio’s Pizza for her good friends, the Cemeno family. She was employed at Christian Brother Midwest District for 18 years.  

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially her grandchildren.  She spent many summers at their lakeside home in Tomahawk, WI.  She enjoyed cooking and entertaining and loved going on vacation with her kids.
