Margaret Dvorak( nee Mascari)

Margaret Dvorak(nee Mascari) passed away August 17, 2021 at Harbor Chase in Plainfield, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents James and Anna Mascari.
Margaret is survived by her husband Robert Dvorak of Crest Hill; her daughters Laura Hajduk(nee Dvorak) of Shorewood and Kristin Dvorak of Chicago; her son-in-law Bob Hajduk; her grandchildren Alyssa, Gabrielle and Robbie and her brother, Brother Raphael Mascari of Romeoville,IL.
Margaret was born in Chicago and raised in Berwyn, IL. She attended Mundelein College. She was a college counselor and also a Dean at Immaculate Heart of Mary High School in Westchester. She was a long time resident of Western Springs, IL. She enjoyed cheering for her favorite teams, the Chicago White Sox and the Green Bay Packers. In retirement, she attended her grandchildren's many sporting events, found great joy in spending time with them and spoiling them with her grandmotherly love.
Memorial visitation will be held Sunday August 29, 2021 from 11:00-1:00 at Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home located at 1500 Black Rd, Joliet. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Kindred Hospice in Oak Brook, IL.
