Age 74, passed away Thursday September 7, 2023 at Lightways Hospice Home.

Preceded in death by her husband Michael Dernulc and parents James W. and Geneva O. (Ladreth) Coventry.

Survived by many friends and her dog Lindy.

Born in Shelbyville, IL, living most of her life in Joliet.   Marjorie worked as a clerk for Silver Cross Hospital and Joliet Junior College, she also was a dispatcher for an ambulance service.  Member of Hope United Methodist Church.    She loved taking care of her dogs and traveling.   Marjorie made friends where ever she traveled.

Funeral Services will be held, Monday September 11, 2023, 7:00 p.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home.  Visitation Monday from 4:00 p.m. until time of services.   In lieu of flowers memorials to Paws Up 4 Rescue, www.pawsup4rescue.org.
