Paul M. Knieser

Age 98, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at his home with family by his side.

Survived by his children Ileene MacGlashan, Paul (LuAnn) Knieser Jr., Janette Knieser, Linda (David) Machnyk, Karen (Louis) Kitt and Diane Lang; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; niece Debbie Randall and nephew Donald Kehr.

Preceded in death by his wife Alice Ileene (Ohms) Knieser; mother Marie Knieser; two sisters Ruth McCain and Thelma Kehr.

Paul was born in Chicago, a resident of Urbandale, IA for 15 years then moving to Crest Hill before moving to Plainfield five and half years ago.   Employed by Barrett Sales of Chicago, IL and Motorola of Elk Grove Village, IL.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 26, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home.   Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Visitation Friday morning 11:00 a.m. until time of service.
