Richard W. Stadelmann

Richard W. Stadelmann Age 81, passed away at Provena Villa Franciscan on Wednesday October 20, 2010. Born in Chicago, Illinois. Retired Army Major after 20 years of service. Retired professional Actor/Singer preformed in the Chicago Theater and thru out the U.S. for 40 years. Member of the Equity Actors Guild. Preceded in death by his parents Dr. Chester and Letitia Stadelmann. Survived by his wife of 44 years Erna Stadelmann; step daughters Wrendia DeVary, Shelly DeVary Bress; son-in-law Larry Bress; step grandchildren Jeremy, Tricia, Tim, Kelly and Mike; 4 great grandchildren; sister-in-law Barbara Calise; brother-in-law William Owens. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Special Thank You to Dr. J.D. Wright. Funeral Services will be held Monday October 25, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Interment Bronzewood Cemetery, Oakbrook, IL. Visitation Monday morning 9:30 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers memorials to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
