Theodore Zelinski

Age 90, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Advent Health Hospital in Bolingbrook.

Survived by his children Joseph (Donna) Zelinski, Linda (Randy) Bowers, Steven (Debra) Zelinski and James (Shannon) Zelinski; grandchildren Brent (Tammy) Zelinski, Jill (Ryan) Cooper, Beth (Joe) Williams, Renee (mike) Rose, Tina Bowers, Robert (Ashley) Bowers, Nicholas Zelinski, Stephanie Zelinski, Nathan Zelinski and Avery Zelinski; 8 great grandchildren; daughter-in-law Terry Zelinski.

Preceded in death by his loving wife of 66 years, Margaret Zelinski; one son Robert F. Zelinski; one grandson Anthony Bowers; parents Theodore and Catherine Zelinski.

Born in Joliet, IL, living in Joliet all his life.   He was a U.S. Army Veteran during the Korean War.   Retired from Nicor Gas Company.   Member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church.   Ted loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral from the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home, Monday September 26, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  Visitation Monday morning form 9:00 -10:30 a.m.
