Duain C. Christensen, Sr., 72, passed away peacefully at his home. Duain was the owner of Christanos Italian Restaurant in Ashkum, IL from 1980-2007. He and his wife Mary Ann then moved to Chicago where he pursued a career with Blue Cross Blue Shield. Duain loved gardening and especially loved growing roses.
